ABOUT US

Family is key

People live here at The Heathers; it is important to remember that our role is to support our residents and their families. Hence, we actively promote family interaction and involvement throughout our person-centred care provision.

After a viewing, we carry out an assessment of a prospective resident to ascertain that we can meet the needs of the prospective resident.

We offer advice and information to prospective residents and their families to ensure The Heathers Residential Care Home is the best possible placement.
